Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
